STEM Education Charges Ahead in Chicago Middle School SmartLab HQ

“We knew our students would love it and we had to get our hands on it,” said Simmons’ Principal Tracy Flood regarding her school’s new SmartLab HQ.

Simmons Middle School, in Chicago, opened their SmartLab HQ in a portion of the school’s library earlier this month. The sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students enjoy the hands-on learning and the SmartLab Facilitators love seeing the students learn in a new way.
